During this phase, we try to understand your lifestyle & how you interact with your environment. This is achieved through interviews, surveys & observations and helps the designer develop a preliminary concept and plan that suits your needs. This stage focuses on spatial planning and help you in understanding how the space will work best for you.

Presentations of materials, finishes and color concepts brings about design development and gets to a stage of finalizing the ultimate look & vision of the space and signing off on the presentations from the Programming phase. This gives way to the next phase of detail drawing development, where we start drawing up room by room elevations of the space.

The 3rd phase walks into working out the finer details and documenting all the previous work and finalizing the drawings after review nd consultation meetings. This phase also finalizes all the lighting/material and furniture layouts, as well as any other specification lists as per the requirements of the project.

This phase is the final phase where all the drawings are issued to the Trades for Construction and the work begins in full swing! This is the exciting phase where you see all of the ideas coming to life.
